A little bats impression. It might help to hand muffs.
Or shoulders to push more towards the chest.  ???

Nice looking and falloutish, I like it. It'll aslo help to know fast if you have helmet or armor in inventory/locker.
If i can suggest somethink, make it a bit more big compaired to CA and remove the wires that link the armor and the helmet, it looks wierd.
