I`m trying to do jacobs quest for speeding up a shipment from the gun runners, I have the required materials but it still wont give me the dialogue to finish quest...

I remember reading about some bugginess with this quest a long time ago. I think the only way to complete this quest with no issues is to always take the easiest dialogue options. I don't think you can bring those materials - i don't think that option works. I have done this quest many times and never had trouble, but i always do it the same way: "okay i'll tell him" and then "okay i'll tell him" again.

thankyou for the reply, seemed weird as I had all the materials he required, after looking at the wiki the quest isn't a good one anyway, low reward etc.

Yes, I know this is a necro post.. :)
But still, it'd be nice to have the Gun Runners Delivery quest have sevral solutions, expecially, since there is an infrastucture already.
I was hoping it'd be fixed after the wipe, but seems it's been neglected/forgotten.. :(
