Title: Creation faction

I want to create a manufacturable faction, but impossible to create one is 4 and 10000 I even post a faction name in the applications, HOW DO YOU DO IT. Please.

I don't know how I just assumed you talked to a guy in the NCR if you could buy a base. Since he's bugged you have to talk to him alot.

Thank you, I managed, we took the name of stalking stalker and we make an outpost my 3 friends and months; p
