Changelog 09/03/2014

- 4.7mm Caseless Ammo - DR mod changed from -20 to -15,
- HK G11 damage increased from 10-20 to 21-34, burst increased from 5 to 9 bullets,
- HK G11E damage increased from 13-23 to 27-41, burst increased from 7 to 9 bullets,
- changed HK G11/HK G11E mag capacity from 50 to 45,
- Phazer damage changed to EMP, ammo changed from SEC to MFC
- Plasma Rifle has +5 critical roll bonus now,
- Swing and thrust modes for melee weapons are now different; Thrust costs +1 AP but works as armor piercing attack; Swing is not changed.
- Knockback perk for melee weapons fixed,
- Some doors have now HP and require multiple explosives to be destroyed (currently only one inside Ruined Bunker, more in the future);
- Slags enemies added, replaced deathclaws in warehouse and enemies inside V15,
- Changed loot inside Warehouse basement and Vault 15 to weapons/armors with bonuses,
- Changed behaviour of Desert Hunters to a bit less aggressive,
- Renegades carry Super Stimpaks and Combat Armor Mk2 now,
- Lowered stats of some Clothes to LA/LAmk2 stats,
- Added NCR Combat Helmet, replaced Mirrored Shades with it wherever it spawned with NCR COmbat Armor,
- Added a possibility to equip companion with Desert Combat Armor/Helmet and NCR Combat Helmet,
- Added new faction names proposed by players.
- minimum level required to find new encounter (3+ players) changed from 12 to 9 (same as with caravan quest),

Changes to Ruined Military Base:
- added new Sentry Bots, changed weapons and stats of other bots,
- boss added,
- many changes with doors and lockers,
- extended the area where the location can spawn (also added info where it spawned),
- bug with TB and elevators fixed,
- some keys will disappear after use.
- fixed a bug with dead body's location in case it was entered with a vehicle,
- added some music.

Changes to Stranded Ship quest:
- added a special Mr Handy enemy (boss) on level 3,
- changed loot in some boxes (random items with bonuses possible).

Changes to Gunrunner Quest:
- mutants improved, added a special Super Mutant (boss),
- changed loot in some lockers (random items with bonuses possible),
- experience reward increased to 4000xp.

Run updater to get new graphics file (updated reloaded002.zip file).

Nice update, but...
- Added NCR Combat Helmet, replaced Mirrored Shades with it wherever it spawned with NCR COmbat Armor,

where can Mirrored Shades be founded/obtained? If it isn't with NRC armor in SE?

Good changelog with many changes, but still few important changes are missing like 2AP TB shooting, new implants and dungeons.

Good changelog with many changes, but still few important changes are missing like 2AP TB shooting for example.
i think it is too significant change to be implemented without the wipe

The only difference would be that fast shooters have no need to rely on -AP weapons anymore.
You don't need a wipe for that. Maybe the damage bonus of fast shot could be changed to +10 or to +5 crit chance as a compensation.

this patch is a big dissapointment for me, no solution for the big problems even though they could take much less work

+ for the additional content and boosts for g11

Vallout 15  !  400 hp x 6 and the regeneration of ncp there are ridiculas only dead bodys of players , i went ther with dentiro
and i had PA set gatling one of the best in server with stats wow. i killed 2 died comed again grabed stuff denito dead (CAmk2 gatlig as well) 325 hp he hadm. His dead im shooting last one on level 1 AND im going for looot , in the room buged ncp (didint moved from there, 3 series with criticals and i was in pa taken 1 super stim 4th brust form (girl) with one hand brust = dead ! lols

U need like 5 -6 people to go there and there is no way somebody wont die, so i think its only for ultra V beacue they can go there in 10 people and realy uber this place but with 2-3 almoust imposible AND BTW i had 3 campanions in CA mk2

all dead i mater of 3-4 second.

one more thig i Was in military base 11:19 nothing changed there.

oh well remove melee this is the best you could possibly do... if you ask me!

I went to v15 with 5 friends. It was easy, but i admit 2 of us died in the process so i'm glad it's a decent challenge. Easier than Ares though. Got something good but i don't know what. And by "military base", i think is meant the new SE with the big vault door, guarded inside by sentry bots. (Not Mariposa, or Sierra, or Enclave base.)

knockback destroys the mega powerfist, the idea of melee is to get close not push baddy big sigh

The change at the warehouse is a little shabby...
On my first run, I could already saw the sneaker rushes and now it has became reality.

Instead of bringing people together to form big parties and get those damn NPCs, all this calls forth are more sneakers and some fastrelogging.

It is now easier to get the loot than ever before: All it takes is some relay race with 2 or 3 characters.
(But if you get lucky, you can get the stuff with only one sneaker.)

Knockback is quite good with 2 range melee weapons, like Sledgehammer or Super Sledge. I agree that Knockback is bad weapon perk for Mega Power Fist and few other 1 range melee weapons.

We know then who is to blame if 50% players get banned. Players themself for their actions. Maybe NPCs should be able to detect sneakers, so we don't have this problem.

It can be done, I don't see any problems with that. Took a while to get some actual feedback instead of "blaaarghhh knockback perk ruined weapons fix nao!" ;)

Also, if looting lockers is easier then ever, then what is your problem guys? :)

I thought you did NR/WH lockers as team activity, but all I've seen so far is fastrelogging and sneakers alone keep opening lockers. Main problem is sneakers, NPCs should have better sneak detection for prevent such actions. Fastrelogging is another thing, not much we can do about it.

Footlocker from New Reno Arms will be moved to another location (Ghost Town from 2238). I'll see what can be done in order to improve situation.

Also, current distribution of rare items is a product of various changes and patches to make some items more accessible, but it will be reworked with wipe and new/old locations and challenges.

There are only sneakers "attacking" from the east. They just run in and out.
There's no real teamplay. It only depends on your luck whether you get the loot at the first run or not.
(The player's luck, not the character's!)

There's even less people, less PvP, less XPing, less fun.
And waaay more fastrelogging than ever before.
All there is just a trail of lost leather jackets from the east entrance to the locker.


P.s.: But yeah, moving the NR locker to the ghost farm is a great idea!

Ghost Farm? Well, I think that is quite good choice as there is nothing else to do there.

Actually i looted more items from the box than ever with my fight character.  I dont understand why changes were not made for mercs and slaves. Favorite and ixi bene ixi or whats those faggots named are abusing this big time.

Ghost town, great location for pvp. had a lot of fun playing there in 2238 and it would be nice to see that place on reloaded.

Ghost town is the best place for pvp. Its good for small pvp, swarm or for tactical actions. I would love to see it implemented.

if ripper already has "penetrate" perk on it, does using "thrust" make any difference at all?

how about adding fast sell buton like sift click item so it al goes to offers so no ned to drag evry, and mega fist shoud have penetrete or some other perk  and  combat knife and other mele weapons shoud have crafting bonuse too

they not giving a fuck to your beefs just puts you in the minority.
not one of my suggestions have been implemented, yet there is no way I would flame the folks that keeps this entertaining, evolving cluster fuck of FUN FOR FREE.
