Useless? You can save 1 SPECIAL like all SPECIAL implants. Don't bother if you aren't interested.

To clarify for him. I think he means that with the level 30 min req to install implants, you dont benefit from any hp gain. This implant however does help a little when it comes to rolls on the critical hit table. Also I believe there are some support perks that require endurance. So this implant can certainly come in handy.

haha he bought from gm for like 50k and want to sell for 200k minimum. Dont buy it :D
