Title: Crazy Scientist have hide high tech energy weapons

Some crazy scientist have hide 12 YK42B PULSE RIFLEs  in the Wasteland.

1. Rifles are hiden in containers
2. There is only 1 set in 1 container
3. There is only 1 set in 1 location

SF, train station, mining sites, junkyard, all clear.
