no description when you look at wanted poster just lexem not found

Hmm, there is few other wanted posters at Redding that show <lexem not found>

I think that the biggest bug about those posters is that they are inside the wall - you can only see them when you are behind the wall.

What is the purpose of this ,,wanted posters"? I seen that you can use them but it gives nothing...  Its some forgoten unfinished feature?

Yep, it seems like some forgotten unfinished feature. I remember finding these on FO:2238 back in 2009.
