Changelog 04.11.2013

- Stat check added to mercs and slaves,
- Reputation reset at Cathedral should now remove also Childkiller and Grave Digger status,
- New player faction names added,
- Dialogue and item description fixes,
- Added exit grid near tanker in San Francisco,
- New weapon added: FN 69A1 Grenade Pistol, for now available only inside Hinkley for testing,
- New weapon added: M72 Grenade Launcher, for now available only inside Hinkley for testing,
- Combat Armor added to Hinkley (and Brotherhood Armor removed from there),
- Slug/Flechette shotgun ammo added to Hinkley,
- Shotgun Slug/Flechette ammo adjusted by -5% of DR bypass each,
- Shotgun EMP ammo added to crafting table and traders,
- Green, White and Orange flares added to encounter lockers and caves,
- .44 JHP ammo changed from DR Mod 50 to 20 and Dmg Mod 3/1 to 2/1,
- .44 FMJ ammo changed from Dmg Mod 1/1 to 4/3,
- Increased range of Plasma Pistol and Plasma Pistol (Ext.Cap.) from 20 to 32,
- Increased range of YK32 Pulse Pistol from 15 to 30 and damage from 32-46 to 35-50,
- Increased range of YK42B Pulse Rifle from 30 to 45,
- Increased range of Alien Blaster from 10 to 28 and changed damage from 30-90 to 45-65,
- Increased range of Solar Scorcher from 20 to 32, increased damage 20-60 to 30-45 and damage type from laser to fire,

Note: Pyromaniac perk will be reworked later.

Decreased Plasma DR/DT on helmets:
Combat Helmet DR: 50%->35% DT: 4->3
Combat Helmet Mk2 DR: 50%->35% DT: 5->4
Enclave Combat Helmet DR: 50%->35% DT: 5->4
Brotherhood Helmet DR: 60%->40% DT: 7->5

Decreased Electro DR/DT on helmets:
Leather Helmet DR: 30%->15%
Combat Leather Helmet DR: 30%->15%
Leather Armor Helmet DR: 30%->15%
Leather Armor Helmet Mk II DR: 40%->20%
Combat Helmet DR: 50%->30%
Combat Helmet Mk II DR: 55%->35%
Brotherhood Helmet DR: 60%->35% DT: 6->4
Power Helmet DT: 12->6
Hardened Power Helmet DT: 13->7

Run Updater to obtain new item graphics (refreshed reloaded001.zip file).

So solar scorcher will get bonus from pyromaniac perks too? Or is that not yet working, considering the "reworked later" remark? Or does "reworked later" have to do with molotovs?

Thanks for update, but please bring back 30/10/2013  pancor's ammunition modificators. Before today's update it was hard choice to choose between Avanger or Pancor. Since now it's obvious again. Avanger.

Nerf was needed there, and now it was done.
There is already too many suggestions about shotgun ammo :P

Pancor with out Brd is weak. Good now you cant make crit/tank burster

I can still do more dmg using 3xbrd instead of 25% better crit but i like this nerf.

Seriously devs, Manero needs stronger pancor, you have to do it! How he will do 140 dmg to tanks now? Can you pls boost it more so he can instantly kill anyone with 1 burst? Thank you! Btw, good update. :)

I don't believe it's so obvious after increasing DR mod by 5%.
Also your approach: x gun vs y gun in all situations is just wrong.
I want some weapons better than other weapons in certain situations, so each of them has its use. There are more differences between weapons than just dmg.

Note: Pyromaniac perk will be reworked later.

What do you mean by this?
One level of a perk instead of two levels and %dmg increase instead of x dmg. People who have 2 levels of Pyromaniac (are there any?) will get one unspent perk. Unless someone has a better idea.

Can Healer and Healer+ perk be reworked too ? I think they're more useful if they're support perk . Maybe 150 FA and 5 IN required for Healer , 175 FA and 6 IN for Healer+ :)

I have both ranks in pyromaniac.

A few more questions.
Will I lose the unspent perk for being beyond the cut off limit for perks?
Will damage be boosted at all, nerfed, or about the same as it was?

I would think anyone taking Pyromaniac I would also take Pyromaniac II.

Changing +20 into +20% for each would be the easy way, no?
The improved flamer has ~112 dmg, +40% would make  ~+45dmg. 
The solar would do ~52 dmg... something like gauss pistol with 3xbrd. Much, but it is a rare weapon, I could live with that.

I noticed something since the last change.
while running, with nothing nipping my heels, I get the stutter run.
while running with a player nipping at my heels, I get the stutter run.
not every time.
I have also noticed that while in tb, I walk, but seem to walk too far, and get dragged back a few spaces.

Kilgore,

many ppl complain about recent changes.
What I will tell you is that every change you made is good. Literally, every.
Because what I find best about FO:Reloaded is that the game evolve.
Players learn new things and adjust their behavior, create and train new characters, craft new items, look for new solutions. Game keeps rolling. And that's good.

If you would not do major changes, the game would become boring quickly.

So keep the good work, ignore malcontents and have fun with upgrading server as much as we have with playing it.

Glad to see Avengers: Online is still going strong. I'm happy Kilgore is putting so much effort into all these other weapons just in case someone doesn't have 20 avengers stockpiled. Looking out for the little guys!

Oh great. Small Gunners have the best bursters with unique knockback perk, best snipers and now they will have mini bazooka with splash effect, that was unique for BG...

Oh great. Small Gunners have the best bursters with unique knockback perk, best snipers and now they will have mini bazooka with splash effect, that was unique for BG...

Best burst weapon is Gatling>Avenger>Pancor
Best Sniper is Bozar>Gauss Rifle>Sniper Rifle

Pancor does more damage (no BRD), is craftable and cost 5 AP to shoot. Avenger does about double damage of gatling with proper BRD build. Gatling keeps hitting for such numbers as 16, 26, 40 etc.

Why do you say GATLING is best DocAN?

Nope, gatling is not the best. I was fighting against a pancor guy and he dealt higher dmg than me and if I came too close he kncoked me back... So I would say, that pancor is the best burst weapon.

You might,but i had it in many battles so i can say it isn't that good...

Same to sniper rifle, without good crit its shit.

wow one str more? Srsly only snipers with 1 str and no weapon handling wont have max hit chance (around 75 it will be). But mostly snipers need much more than those minimum then for sure 1 str snipers have weapon handling.

Rare ammo argument is just invalid :P we talk about power not how hard is to obtain it.

Much better ammo stats and bigger firepower vs one more ap ? I think Gauss still its much better.
