You can change resolution to higher in config file or just type in gui tool.

However screen problems depends on user interface - default interface should be fixed because it doesn't have config for others resolutions. Anyway you can download custom interface like PureEvil in this topic's page (https://forum.fonline-reloaded.net/index.php?topic=32.90). I put 4 mirrors last month.
