Where can I find this baby? I mean, which quest gives me the blueprint as a reward?

There is no quest for it afaik and you can get it from vendors, players and locked footlockers.

hmm, mkay... I thought viki said i can get it from quest. If not, gray boxes, here I come:)

Wiki is not synchronized with the game in some regards. That quest now gives super sledge BP.
