Title: Previously obtained scout perk no longer working

As the title says.
After server migration the scout perk no longer works on my explorer.
I have not tried to get it on a new character since the migration, so I am not aware if it works if you get a fresh perk.

Have you tried to run the updater ?

Edit : The updater is not working yet but still try it later.

Should be fixed in next update.
