Some way to vote for/against a suggestion, to give devs a way to gauge what ideas the community likes/hates anonymously.

No.
I was thinking buttons (to the side maybe?), just basic "thumbs up/thumbs down" type. It would give devs an idea what suggestions/ideas/etc. were popular, WITHOUT having a lot of replies. I even have to charmap right here: 👍👎
You wouldn't even see who liked or disliked it (maybe admins might, but probably not); all you'd see is
