Title: Tattoo artist does not provide tattoo after payment

Paid the tat artist in San Francisco, and was not given a tattoo. Used INT check to pass for 300 caps, and it was spent while providing no tattoo.

Initial tattoo stated 'Fuck Raiders', and was not placed on my character.

Character name: Anya Jensen

By staff request will talk to tattoo guy to prove I interacted with him.

Have you tried the one on New Reno? And I am not very sure, but I think ive seen a new one at hub.

San Francissco Tattoo, huh? If you still can't get said tattoo, go to New Reno Commercial Row, a good tattoist lives there.
