Title: How to UN-aim at body parts?

I can currently see "Aimed: Head" in green text in the top left of my screen. How do I un-aim at the head? I know how to switch it to other body parts but how do I un-aim from all the parts? IE not use vats.

Open 'reloaded' notepad file in your game folder and under bindings add: AimUncalled= (whatever key you want to do this) and save.
