open the rar file inside the client folder. Contains all the png files for the art. You can just change them inside that rar file and voila, you've got custom art/graphics.

u can replace ur car in reloloaded\data\reloaded001\art\items (trunk need be transparent and will not work)
i not find buggy and scout file
need feedback to much and bug skins. i check it quickly
tell me ur comment and requests pls
and i need to know how to do animation vehicles - draw all frames very hard
