Title: Whispers in the Darkness NPC Bug

For the Whispers in the Darkness quest, from Jeremiah in Junktown, you need to speak with Zechariah, but he's currently bugged. He's perpetually busy and you cannot speak with him. Unable to proceed with the quest.

I actually was able to talk to him. I went back to him at some point today. However, not long after the dialogue box opened up, it randomly closed. can't initiate conversation with him and the quest hasn't progressed.
