Title: issue no sound and music when in world

ok when I downloaded the fallout online full client it was a folder in a zip file as if the person copied his/her game folder to the main page there is no installation only the main game exe to run only so if there is a server connection then I would not be able to get into the world and play it that is not the cause and no fire wall blocking a fix perhaps please?

Did you use Updater, already?

yes my updater don't seem to work when I run my updater on the American server it stops because of an error also my FOnline.exe don't work when I run it it only shows a slideshow of fallout images only, it would seem only the FOnlineD3D.exe runs the fallout online. I just ran the update on the Europe server and the update worked it would seem the client download is a Europe server only strange that since the American server update wont work that there is no American server.
