Title: PvP Character?

Would anyone know a good PvP character for this season? The PvE build you guys suggested me worked like a charm and now I'm looking to start building up a PvP character. Any advice would help tremendously! Thanks as always  ;D

I would prefer a bgs burster type of char. but I am open to suggestions.

would suggest common avenger build
SPECIAL without drugs : 5 9 10 1 2 9 3
SPECIAL with drugs : 6/4 6 10 1 2 10 3
drugs : cigs, psycho, beer, nuka + optionally jet
perks : ar, tough, even tougher, lg, lg, brd, brof, mrd
traits : bonehead + 1 optionable trait
