Title: I cant load into the game

I tried getting into shady sands. (( or i was impatient. ))  I could not I exit to the main menu and try to go in. it won't let me. is it a bug or did i break my game? i tried reinstalling it logging back in but nope.

Scroll down the forum and check server status if it is online or not. Also console messages should give you proper information.

i can make another char and log in. and its fixed but now i forgot my character's password my prev one. is there a wipe or char deletion?
