Title: Oil Cans

Short and simple: where.
I know that you can't get them from the tanker quest anymore, and I also heard that they apparently spawn in lockers (although I didn't personally find one there yet).

So, again, the question is: where else can they be found? Has anyone found them outside of lockers (and obviously outside of the Bunker)?

They are far rarer now, i got one in a ruins locker.

I've search few dungeons and many lockers, still not even one oil can.

Can guarantee I've found one in footlockers in ruins. Have not seen one elsewhere yet.
