Title: Private mines as in s2

I suggest to make private mines as it was in before wipe.
What's the point to buy "PRIVATE" mine if someone can enter and kill you and your slaves for lulz? Anyway if someone buy mine, and I buy "my own" I will dont get on WM which is mine.

There is actually no problem.

We would rather remove these mines than bring back the way how they were working previously.
But I think the better idea is to rework the location (needs to wait, though).
