Title: Private/Bought farms

Are there any other areas to farm barley? I only figured that tobacco farm has some that grow but not many. The barley in Modoc doesn't work. Can there be another area where its unguarded to farm barley perhaps?

Barley is used only to brew beer or was it changed?

Barley is use for crops for private farms, and a plot require one seed which is 12 barley, and there is 500 plots which is 12x500 barley. Need a method where it grow extra seeds in private farms or another location to farm barley.
