Title: WTB Spectacles

I just started Fallout Online, so I don´t have many caps.

I´m also not sure what spectacles are worth.

I`m offering 10k caps or a blue combat shotgun (advanced).

It's for blinded hub idlers who want to see more shit around them when not on drugs such as psycho/beer.

I do have 1 perception. My idea is to raise it to 4 with the spectacles, put on a leather jacket with + 1 and use cigarettes for another +1

with that 6 perception I could get the "Cautious Nature" perk.

Does that work?

I guess the game checks how much PE your character has normally. Effects won't help in any way.

Also I have Spectacles, but judging by the time you posted you already have them.

Support Perks requirements check only your base value of SPECIAL points. Drugs, statted gear as armors, spectacles, mirrored shades, has no effect on that. Sorry pal.

It only raises PE to 4 if your PE < 4 ==> wont stack with other bonuses
