Try this setup:

FOConfig.exe/Game:

Scroll delay = 12
Scroll step = 32
FOConfig.exe/Video:

Code: [Select]

Cache sprites = 200
Texture size = 2048
Multisampling 3d = NonMaskable
3d FPS = 0
3d smooth transition = 0
VSync = unchecked
Fixed FPS = 500 (or lower value)
