Title: Weird Icon on Desktop

Installed the game again, after upgrading to a new machine, when i placed a shortcut to the game on the desktop the icon, instead of Vault Boy, is some random white dude with a semi mustache.  ???

It's FOnline developer, cvet. And he certainly doesn't look like a bug.
