Title: How to change forum name?

IK this isnt a game issue but I was wondering.
These "[]" next to my name are starting to annoy me, is there a way of changing them without making a whole new account? I checked in the settings and I swear there used to be an option.
I mean its not the end of the world, but if I can get it fixed I want to do it.

There used to be an option but i think kilgore removed it since "some" people started to change their names to provoke others to forum pvp or some shit... i really don't remember.
