Title: Dismantler - Howitzer Shells

"With Dismantler, the amount of resources received from dismantling items gets doubled."

It seems the dismantler doesn't work on these shells. I obtain 25 AGP with char with science 60% as well as with char with science 125% and dismantler perk.

i recognised that too but i don't think that this is a bug

Well thw only logical explanation would be that 50 agp from 1 hs would be too op. But it would make sense to keep the amount of 25 with dismantler and lower the amount without the perk to 12 ie.

Its look like the perk dont effect the amount.
