This man is Kilgore's right-hand and he is personally spear-heading the wipe and giving us regular updates on progress.

By my estimation Phase 3 Part B should be done by now and as you can see, Phase 4 should be imminent (approx 37%) but he will give us details next update, along with some news on Phase 5!
