Changelog 30/09/2013
- Fixed a bug with Hinkley spawn on barrels map (by cirn0, thanks),
- Decreased price of Extended Capacitor Battery,
- NERFED damage of Minigun and Avenger Minigun from 13-16 to 12-15,
- Increased .223 Pistol dmg from 25-35 to 30-40,
- Added new faction names requested by players.

Btw there is a bigger update coming:
- full rework of Ares (and finally implants being available),
- improvements for Barter Ground (safe parking lot + FLC),
- changing Barrels at Hinkley to something better.
And also changes to various unique weapons, LSW, shotguns and such.
I just need some time to make it, so be patient :P

Can't you just remove that protection or what is it  for low lvl players,so we wouldn't have any problems and finnaly some wasteland pvp?...

Or maybe system check difference between player lvls, so if you play 55 lvl character probability of encountering other player is very low...

Yes there is chance to encounter player, but is too small compared to week earlier. (me and my friends tested this a lot)

some areas of the wasteland are civilized so no pvp allowed thats a minor % of the whole

let the new ones have some hand holding, just to destroy their dreams once they try to visit pvp safe town

I havent met any player in encounters too since long time. Before i was meeting other players often so i am sure it must be bug

yeah,aha like the new players is hunting bounty hunters or enclave...

after lvl 24 you get only skill points,no perks...

I'm really not sure what this hopes to accomplish or what this strives to change or fix, but i'll blatantly tell you outright that this change results in a net 14 damage decrease from a full unmitigated avenger hit. Which results in less than 9 or so damage against most targets.

Flat damage is not the issue with the avenger and frankly should be reverted.

The issues are the range (35 hex is far far too much) and the resulting obsoletion of all other weapons because of it.


Crack the range down to a little farther than the pancor jackhammer and increase the firing delay on rocket launchers and balance will be in a much better place.

you are noob. -1from bullet is huge change. with 40 bullets in single burst you hit your target with 13-14 bullets. what is even more important it has big effect when you 1hex someone with 40 bullets.
9-11dmg in range and 20-30 dmg from 1 hex

i have to agree with me pre-spokesman, while i understand that you do not  have to understand the mechanics do understand that burst fire guns fire MANY bullets in a cone.

Avenger Minigun shoots 40 bullets in a cone, so if you stand 1 hex from someone its like you would shoot him 40 times. So this is a major nerf. Smallgunners are happy i guess... i thought if FINE as it was, i have sg/bg/ew chars and i think that the bg bursters got aa kick in the nuts with this one.

ITS A BIG GUN you are supposed to die from it..

Read up the disclosed mechanics. Like - soft cap is 24, after that level into infinity but you will get only skill points

you will die if you dont have ca mk2 and 2xtoughness and max hp.
286hp and 11/55% resist must give you 90% chance to survive 1hex burst. in 1hex playing you must be smart and know when to run to 1hex you enemy but if you can kill him with 1shoot it is pointles. gatlings have to shoot 2x1hex to kill ca mk2 286guy and 2-3times if he wear ma mk2 or tesla

Changed in WIKI.... don't forget WIKI is updated as fast as it can be.... and still need your help and experience from game to be BETTER....

i was unable to park my car in barter grounds even if nobody was there... does "safe parking lot" mean anybody can park his car there indefinetly?

Yes, parking space is limited, but cars might get removed if just left there for a longer time.
It is public as it was previously. FLC was added. Lockpicking cars and trunks disabled.
Cars can be still stolen from there if they have no lock.

The update is ready, I just wait till TC ends.
