Title: Add tent name and nickname on cursor hover

it should show up when you hover on circle. It would help with recognition of tents.

and/or show character's nickname which owns tent

Same with bases. Should include both faction name and name of base.

Post by: Chosen One on August 10, 2018, 06:16:30 pm: An old idea, long overdue; IIRC, the 2238 staff did say something about why they couldn't/hadn't done this. But I might be remembering it wrong, that was years ago. (And it "might" be just that they hadn't gotten to it yet...)
