I have an idea how to solve caravans's stucks.
When caravan leader is entering to encounter then set the timeout for example 30 real minutes. If something happen, like stuck and pass those 30 minutes then run script caravans@r_KillCaravanDriver 1 [caravan's_ID].
Reset this countdown ONLY when caravan leader is entering to another encounter.
Terminate countdown when caravan is ended.

most of caravans are stucked on worldmap, not in encounter its because some caravans stuck when there is 11+ slots in party because SOMEONE ::) was abusing bug with no encounters..

So lets improve algorithm for it.
Set this time out in depart moment, reset when caravan is entering to encouters and terminate it when arriving to destination town.

Setting timeout is shiyty solve, and I agree with it, but it require... 5 lines of code?
True solving require few cases.
