can someone explain me why is cubik2k killing npcs in junktown with this character and why he is also killing players ?

tbh he probably wanted to shoot npc and i was standing in line of fire
i was doing barter run which i do every few hours, when i wanted to exit by south gate it was blocked by npc so i couldnt pass and thats why i was standing there
but it still doesnt changes fact that i died by his character because hes killing npc in towns for some retarded reason and it really pissed me off

I don't have to imply anything because I'm already on top. This is a thread about cubik killing Seki in JT and I post a screen of us killing Cubik. Highly OT.
