Well from my POV, they are Vault dwellers that had their vault nuked by the enclave (enclave PA helmet shaped cloud) so they became homeless recently, Cozy life for harsh wasteland may be sad deal for them.

With some improvement (that i would not be able to do, but i know Shamessa is capable of doing seeing other fun arts made by him) this could look awesome.

Lol :D:D:D. Seriously there is maybe 5 khans in your ranks i would be concerned if i would meet 1v1, only thing bluesuits think about khans is "what an annoying kids". Still poster is nice.
