You start bluesuit in some square arena. There is gear all over the floor. You need to grab an energy weapon ASAP and shoot the opponent where he lacks the armor. Not realistic, not fun. Hinkley like fights would be better, but Khans like it that way.

What are you talking about??? I never participated a thunderdome, I asked few times, then I also asked for the thunderdome to evolve to something closer to a real fight so that it could train ppl in RT. This isn't shit talking, it's my own opinion. I think the thunderdome as it is now has little if nothing fun, you basically run to a gun and shoot someone doing the same. Its doesn't show any skill or tactics, and the winner is just the lucky dude of the day. I asked for a base to serve as training ground but that never really happened.

Well, my bad then.
I did build 3 bases for teambattles though, the lines you put out on the grounds are still there, same day as we went to the oilrig if you remember. We have some different games these days, thunderdome is one of them. Betting is part of it all.
