Title: Smiley selling wrong base

According to wiki, Smiley in klamath should sell the Depot base for 30k. but even if you have also 33k caps with you there are 2 dialogue Options both for cave bases. so where can i buy a Depot base (not diy) then?

Yeah, and a trapper camp. Fixed in new season.
