I can agree with you because I very often play in turn-based combat mode and as you know NPCs can be blocked. It's very frustrating because typical combat takes a lot of time. I don't remember but there is one quest which can't be completed in turn-based combat because you probably need to do it few hours. If I play the game, I will find quest again and let you know which one it is.
So +9000 points of importance for suggestion.
