Title: Young Adventurers

Hi, can anyone give me details about these? I've read that they can become better Companions than the Wastelanders, but i haven't figured out yet how it works. I did an escort with one, but after i reached the destination and finished the quest via dialoge she just disintegrated (like when you fire a Companion via dialogue) and left her armor and carried stuff. Since i try to play a Group Leader type Char for Pve, anything important regarding Companions/Followers (i only know whats written in the wiki) is highly welcome!

So, nobody knows something about that matter? Or is it bound to be left mysteriously unclear intentionally?
