Title: [Mechanic] No ressources for dismantling Combat Helmet MKII

I have max Science skill and the dismantler perk, but never got a single ressource out of these helmets.

/Edit: Of course I mean Science skill. Derp. ^^

You mean Science skill is max and you have dismantler support perk?
Yeah, I've seen this also. Got few of them from footlockers, everytime I science them I got nothing back!

Must have been armors in poor condition. Not a bug.
