Does Toughness/Even tougher effect laser?

I was once told Even tougher gives laser res. And Why is it i do 75/100dmg to none toughness tanks but i do 30/40 to toughness tanks both have adreinaline rush

gatling dmg varies a lot, even if chance to hit is 95%, its "quite frequent" that even 2 bullets(laser beams) will miss, once you miss 2/4 beams, dmg goes slightly down.

Well its kind of silly when you shoot someone from 5 hexs away from you with gatling and it does 7dmg. or 16dmg. it happens like 1/10 times for me

no, I am fighting myself in hinkly on duel log for dmg test. both alts are standing still and have no dodger perks

Adrenaline rush gives resist to all, but thougness only to normal. Deal with it

You can boost laser resist with Implants

Ive done abit of testing and ive noticed that an armor (CA I) at 55% takes More damage from gatling laser then an (CA I) at 90/90%.
Heres my test.
55/60% You were hit for 110 hit points
90/90% You were hit for 96 hit points
55/60% You were hit for 105 hit points
90/90% You were hit for 89 hit points
55/60% You were hit for 102 hit points
90/90% You were hit for 97 hit points
55/60% You were hit for 113 hit points

But i was told that a CA at 55% is just as good as a CA at 100%

Perhaps this just reflexs towards Normal damage resistence and Crit protection?

Do you have Adrenaline rush?
And that few its to small to see if its isn't just random damage
