The issue about that suggestion is that if you're melee, then this trait has no side effect, you just get free +4 STR + doubled base melee damage... There should be a side effect even for melees, like reduced critical damage or chance for instance.

Have you tried even once CC character? Do you know their weakness vs other builds? We can talk more once you study more about them.

Yeah, currently. Maybe something will happen to wipe, atleast for tank builds. If you see them too powerful, why don't you suggest change for those things? Or if already suggested, why there isn't response from devs?

Edit: Toughness removed from the list, not important as Even Tougher which should need Toughness + Luck 6 as requirements. Small changes for Healer and Healer+ suggestion and included Ghost suggestion by Le troll

I did, and there are 2 melee builds styles: crit and bruiser
first one kills fast but requires many perks (4-5) to be playable, making it a weak char for pvp (same as a sniper build running at close range) but very good for pve
second one kills slowly but certainly, much tougher (2 perks needed, more choice left for toughness and lifegiver) and win from anything except snipers, but unable to fight groups or in teams.

I think bruiser melee is fine now, he kick ass in 1 vs 1, but that is the point of a melee char, crit melee need a boost somehow. Maybe a dedicated trait, no idee right now.

too chaotic to make suggestion about multiple perks at once, i dont like most of them and its for long thats why i wasnt answering but it looks like we are maybe getting somewhere
you are not playing pvp so i wonder if you can really suggest how to change different perks which are commonly used in pvp but lets see..

blessed are the weak - +1, useless perk and there are alot of other healing perks, it would be hard to find use for all of them so better remove and keep ideas for others

bonus hth damage - i have same opinion as edwood, it would be still unused perk since there are other more important perks but i have no idea how to make it useful

bonus ranged damage & more ranged damage - -1, first of all.. WHY ? not much ppls are using BRD, after this change we would just see even more tanks with 0 dmg perks

I've changed my suggestion for Toughness. One rank from BRD should be removed, those bursters are too dangerous. Is -2 damage per bullet too much nerf, nah they would still do it too fine. And most likely Kilgore already done/doing nerf for tanks after wipe.
srsly whos using BRD in pvp those days ? BRD is fine as it is

earlier sequence - i dont even have idea how sequence works so cant say

even tougher - i agree that ET should require toughness but i think that adding 6 LK req to all builds (brd = bursters, et = tanks, snipers needs luck anyways) is not good idea
some LK requirement would be maybe okay, there was 6 lk req in fallout 2 so it would make some sense but still more important thing
+3 DT +10 DR is too much in one perk / no matter what requirements, its still same bonus for 1 perk
i will give you example.. just compare it with different things

ET vs armor craft bonuses
how easy it is to get + AP bonus (= action boy) on armor ? very easy
and now how hard it is to get +10 DR and +3 DT (= ET) on armor ? almost impossible

ET vs jet
when ppls arent using jet which is like losing 2 AP (2 perks) for 15 DR
then what about comparing 1 AP (1 perk) for 3 DT 10 DR lol

if there wouldnt be fire pancors then even tougher would best perk ever because fire pancors are only real dmg other then normal

ghost - lets see what will sneak changes bring and then talk about it

healer and healer+ - i think that something similar is already planned

silent death - -1, i dont see any reason for it, looks like its too hard to use for you
SD sneak isnt much used atm but i worry if its because hes weak or p90/bg bursters is that much better

stonewall - this change is too much connected with other balance changes and has to be optimized to them so it cant be just simply changed from x to y without knowing what else will be changed but it needs some change for sure
on one side, 90% res vs knockback + 100% vs KD + 50% vs KO is too much
on the other side if enemy is burster (not pancor) then this perk does nothing vs him, i mean.. most of perks are improving your survivability or dps but this perk is not affecting them, keep in mind that by taking stonewall you have to lose some dps/hp/dr by not taking some other perk instead of it
most important thing about stonewalls is that its completely negating RLs atm, you cant push enemies and thats most important thing for RL, since ST addition was added to stonewall RLs are much less valuable wpn even at TC, if enemy does have whole line of tanks with stonewalls in main line then you can simply science it, i remember TCs few months ago which was mostly about how does have how many stonewall tanks
other thing is that bonehead+stonewall vs non plasma aim is too much, halved chance vs KO in one perk is well.. okay but immunity to KD nope, thats why we see then only KO or nothing game from snipers

had to play tanks because other builds suck
says for everything related to tanks balance  ;D

bloody mess - -1, has no use other then funny aspect but still.. no reason to remove it, some players like it, improve or keep

bruiser - -1, no fkn way, that isnt any penalty for hth char, i would rather suggest to decrease ap reduction from -2 to -1 because atm this trait is more bad then good for both types of hth builds

heavy handed - -1, imo its fine atm, giving it only chance would add RNG factor which isnt good for pvp, i think that we dont need more RNG but skill in pvp, keep in mind that this game is not single player and not balanced for 1v1

kamikaze - some change would be good for this trait since atm its used only for trolling but i have no idea for it
