Death by Poison

Fonline 2238 had the mechanic that you could die from "poison overdose" (by floaters for example).
What I don't mean here is instadeath when you're at grey HP (0 to -19) and the poison tick results in your death, regardless of damage.

What I do mean is actual death by poison while you're still walking about. You'd get so many seperate "you've been poisoned" moments that you just die from it regardless of how high your HP are.

1. Does this happen on Reloaded too?
2. Can it happen in TB?
3. Will it work with the poison from Needler Pistol?

I suppose you see what I'm getting at
I just love the sound of Needler Pistol so much, I must find a way to make them useful!

I think poison effect doesn't work on TB, and yeah mostly you die to poison effects before you going -20 to normal death.
