I am knockdown build and i got my mega fist and run down to werhouse and  even bonus criticly hit the Slag (guard) and bich wont go on flore(be knockdown) then i hit here again and nothing she just moved 1 hex back i hited here 5 more times before i died she 1 time becomed like fire wtf is this game buged hard or what i dident knock here down 1 time and i have 10str and mega fist (ofcores Havyhand perk)

I assume that you're asking why she didn't get knocked down then I assume that its because she had the stonewall perk. NPC's in some fallout games have perks too like us.
