Could someone explain me that ''reroll'' possibility?

If I donate e.g. 10/20 Euros, you would reroll my stats like my exp & level will remain, but I can choose the S.P.E.C.I.A.L differently?

The same counts for perks? Like, please, I made a mistake and would like you to exchange a life giver for dunno what?

For every donation you can choose one thing from the list, or you will get what's in the list? So reroll if wanted, pool table, etc.?

Basically you replan your character in planner. You can change SPECIAL, perks, traits, skills..
Professions, support perks stay (as long as you still meet reqs after reroll). Consumed blueprints stay also.

could i reroll more than one character after one donation?

Since DocAn has been flooded with rerolls requests, we set a minimum of 5 euros per character reroll. While other things are fast and easy, making rerolls requires more time.
All other benefits have no minimum required.

Also, there is an option to change nickname of your character (but not for impersonating other players!). I'll add this to the first post.

As there are many questions about rerolls, I will post some kind of FAQ so it'll be clear what is done and how.
