1. Nerf +10 crit roll from turbo plasma - if even a bonehead+stonewall+mos tank can't stand against turbo plasma's massive knock outs - how can you say it's not broken? for fuck's sake
2. Remove K.O. and add more K.D.

Closed suggestions / Implants in TC lockers

I don't know what are your exact plans about Implants, but if you purpose to leave them spawning at TC lockers I would like to suggest a little change. As 1% chance per spawn is obviously too much (as we all noticed) and it's hard to do anything about it - how about deleting Implants from locker loot lists at all cities but Redding and Broken Hills? Even when no TC timer for these cities - they would still mean more in the westland, so bigger factions would fight for them more passionately than for other towns (maybe leaving more space for smaller factions to do some TC also).
