My tatoo is gone! Why? Does guy who made it (San Francisco) ripp me off? Was it henna tatoo? Help!

You can eventually get a name of your faction written as a tattoo but keep in mind tattoos are permanent.

Btw, how much for a tattoo? 800 caps like in 2238?

Still it would be nice to have a way to change tatoo or remove it (for next 500 caps) because of the mistakes that could happen even because of npc chat timer  :-\

Actually I think its bugged, I tried to make tattoo 3 times. Never did it before, but I said I want the tattoo than its a thing I want to be written by "say"
After I did it, nothing happens. Lost 1500 withoout tattoo.
Any ideas?

It worked OK for me, I did mine in Reno. Maybe the problem was character number limitation, I believe it supports up to 12 char max, idk, just guessing.
