I think we are mixing similar stuff together.

From what I understand, the OP was talking about "local farmer" NPC. Which is in fact not a follower. This homesteader/farmer like NPC does not follow you, but stays on your "Faction Base" (not a tent!). It does not have anything to do with your character or PartyPoints.

It can be hired for 5000caps, but only by a faction leader. You can hire one for every FactionBase you have.

+1 I didn't know about limit, but hey, if you want to loose you money in banks, why not, no limit please.

+1 for removing interest rate

I personally don't trust the banks at all, i think my money is safer in my tent. Thie NPCs and building could be used for something else.

Remember that throwing weapons have max range as all other weapons have. But with heave ho you can exceed this range.

Im for keeping two levels of this perk, but adding some other bonus to it. Maybe more damage, crit, lower chance for weapon drop, -AP for second level.

Throwing over walls and buildings would be awesome.

And we need something better than throwing knives for aimed throwing. Something like Wakizashi but for throwing. Craftable from HQ Metal Parts ofcourse.

You have to replace the ground file for minigun.

Original is in the fallout.dat (or master.dat) archive (fallout.dat\art\items\MINIGUN.frm).
{You have to unpack this archive with program called Dat Explorer or something similar.}

Now change MINIGUN.frm using some FRM editor.

And put it in the (g:\Games\FOnline Reloaded\data\art\items\) folder.

Done

Programs can be downloaded on NMA for example. Or my package that contains some tools Im using FOnline2238_Tools.zip

Check all your bases, he should be there. If your base is in the radiation zone (you get radiated on that base) he is dead, because of radiation. Try to buy a new one.

Some low stuff, that does not require lockpick to get, could be in shelf-like containers in the city type maps.

And we need bigger encounter maps (3-5x bigger) with higher chance for players to fall into this encounter.

Also don't forget for colorization, or some other way of distinguishing cars on bases for example. simple stripes would do the trick.

Or an option to write some comment on the car that would be visible after inspecting it with googles.

Well, NCR rangers hate slavers. Many shopkeepers at klamath/den/modoc won't talk to you.
Fuck heaven. What about support perk NPC's?
Never had a problem with support perk NPCs regarding slavery.

Yeah, everyone hates PKs, thiefs, suicide bombers, and other various kinds of scum.

But can you honestly imagine a wasteland without them? Henry said it right.
It's these role-player characters who add some depth to the game and create the most memorable moments.

All these scumbags, RP or not, are making this game so much more alive and entertaining. Without them, you could as well have NPC merchants in your tent. But what is the point then?

Crafting is not the biggest fun in this game you know.

Prefession crafting tables require attention.

I also think that we should put something like "Category:Copy&Paste from 2238" to show which articles have been just copypasted and need a Re;loaded update. Simiklar thing could go for things that were already updated to reloaded version of fonline. "Category:ReloadedDone" This should help us to keep track what has and what has not been done.

And we need details about cars to add the details to the wiki.
I'm not even sure how some of the details that are there were found/calculated.
If you are talking about speed and fuel consumption it was determined by many rides from the north to the south on the east edge of the map back in the days of 2238.

Do as Furiors said and do not forget to make a network of tents.

And remember, that people can follow you on world map and do nasty things to you. So check your party and kick them if necessary.
