1. you say that Vertibird can be affected by Random Encounter like any other vehicle? I don't have it so I don't know......

Yep, a player on Polish subforum reported that he had random encounters with vertibird. Maybe a bug (or feature ), don't know.

Grammar nazi edit: it should be "can be found in Special Encounter" - still not sure about preposition (in or at).

Możesz spróbować zgodnie z radami z powyższego linka:
1) zrób kopię zapasową faction.zip, który znajduje się w folderze data (ewentualnie zrób kopię zapasową tylko Primitive_Default.fx)
2) edytuj Primitive_Default.fx w folderze effects w faction.zip i zrób go pustym plikiem
3) usuń folder play.fonline-reloaded.net.2238 i plik play.fonline-reloaded.net.2238.cache z folderu cache
4) odpal grę i módl się, żeby to coś zadziałało
Którego series 4 dokładnie masz? Ja śmigam na 4500MHD i szczęśliwie odpala każdego fonline'a.

Która grafika Intela? GMA (która) czy HD Graphics (która)? Generalnie: odpalaj FOnline.exe, upgrade DirectX, upgrade sterowników. Odpal grę i wklej odpowiednie logi z FOnline.log (możesz usunąć ten plik przed odpaleniem gry. poza tym wystarczy, że wkleisz linijki z errorami/warningami)
