to make Science more usable skill and to make low-level Unique spamming not possible restrict prefixes for certain Science levels:
- Science <25

1 - Quality (25% chance)

- Science >24 and <50

1 - Quality (25% chance)
2 - Improved (12% chance)

- Science >49 and <75

1 - Quality (25% chance)
2 - Improved (12% chance)
3 - Superior (7% chance)

- Science >74 and <100

1 - Quality (25% chance)
2 - Improved (12% chance)
3 - Superior (7% chance)
4 - Advanced (3% chance)

- Science >99

1 - Quality (25% chance)
2 - Improved (12% chance)
3 - Superior (7% chance)
4 - Advanced (3% chance)
5 - Unique (1% chance)
