escalating encounters

1/you meet some farmers/civilians/salvagers (innocent folk) who are being attacked by low level evil doers.
1.1/ the map can be a farm/small community. something with walls and choke points.
1.2/ a sniper tower would be awesome.
2/you can stay and defend their farm, but the waves escalate into stronger ones.
3/each wave gives XP based on your level.
4/   80% chance to spawn wave 2
      70% wave 3
       50% wave 4
       30% wave 5
       10% wave 6
        1% wave 7
4.1/ prep time between waves gets longer and longer. in case people want to radio for help.
4.2/ wave 7 is MASSIVE  and the location becomes public.(2 minutes prep time)
4.3/ you can use the farmer's radio to make the location public at any time.
5/ rewards : the emphasis should be on good XP.
6/ more xp for less casualties(on civilians' side, players don't matter).
7/ smaller chance to spawn than normal enc.
8/ players who kill other players will get NO XP - or they can get marked as free kills with no consequences.

This exists now.

Start any WM RT encounter.

Wait... and waves of progressively more dangerous enemies will appear.

But these enemies often are strong and dont reward you with better exp
And its called predators they are made for...
Honestly i dunno why they are but its kinda fun to survive that waves of stronger and stronger critters until you die of course :P

I was thinking more like an encounter with a little story behind it, not just mobs who spawn. something which feels more immersive.

Using a faction computer - be able to set one of your bases to "Invasion/Survival Mode"; an OUTPOST or whatever.

Then see how long you can last lol...

Possibly have the base location seen by entire world map.  If the NPC's destroy the computer, or there are no active players left in this base location whilst the setting is on, it disappears into the sand!

Or something like new encounter
"The abbadoned outpost" where you can find old terminal that u use repair on it and start to retrive files when it starts there will be bandits that will try to kill you and take retrived data wich will be coordinates to some location with some loot
Of course you can send signal to frends via terminal to let them help you
This would be some cool special encounter if its possible to make adidional chose of few fixed kinds of places with reward that will lure different waves of enemies to your possition
