when the locker reset there is nothing 2 time and im sure nobody looted it

it's not first time, i had that situation today's morning but thought it because we waiting as bluesuits

there is 50% chance for items/spawn

I have checked NRA locker, it spawn items.

Lockers in Warehouse and New Reno Arms will have a bit changed spawn after an update or two.
